Our return policy allows you to return products to our store or by mail within 30 days of receipt, subject to a few exceptions.

Custom made, personalized and altered items

We do not offer exchange or refund for change of mind on custom made products unless the item is faulty, significantly different from what was promised to you, or where otherwise required by law.

Other Requests

All other requests must meet one of the following criteria to be eligible for a return:

  • Item is unopened and you ordered the wrong item by mistake

  • Item is new with original packaging and accessories

  • Item was received damaged

  • Incorrect item was shipped

If your return request meets one of the above conditions you may elect to return the item(s) in one of the following ways:

  • Store Returns: Bring any unopened or damaged nonprescription item(s) along with your online invoice to our PhytoFarmacy store at Los Gatos, CA to get a credit of the full purchase price (minus shipping*).

  • Mail Returns: Call our store at 844-960-7325 to return items by mail. We will work with you to ensure that both your return and credit refund (minus shipping*) are processed accurately. We cannot guarantee a credit for items returned without prior store notification. Shipping fees/arrangements for return items are the responsibility of the customer. After confirming please ship returned items along with the invoice to:
